Special thanks to Denise, who responded quickly and was extremely helpful; the communication and delivery of the machine were completed within just two hours, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. I would also like to commend the customer-service team, the delivery driver (I am sorry I forgot his name), and the collection driver, Mr. Yau. Everyone was professional, patient, punctual, attentive and cooperative, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel reassured throughout the process.
