These Terms of Service govern your use of the PetAir website and our pet oxygen concentrator rental services. By placing an order with PetAir, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
PetAir provides pet oxygen concentrator equipment on a rental basis to customers in Hong Kong. Our service includes delivery, setup guidance, ongoing customer support, and equipment collection at the end of the rental period.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Hong Kong to use our rental service. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
When you place an order, you enter into a rental agreement with PetAir. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and continues until the equipment is collected by our team. You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period and agree to use it only for its intended purpose.
A refundable deposit may be required depending on the rental plan selected. The deposit is returned in full upon collection of the equipment in good working condition. Rental fees are payable in advance according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan.
You agree to treat the rented equipment with reasonable care. The concentrator should be kept in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area. You must not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble the equipment. If the equipment is damaged through misuse or negligence, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
You may cancel your rental by contacting us with reasonable notice. Once we receive the equipment in good condition, any applicable deposit will be refunded.
PetAir provides oxygen concentrator equipment for supplementary pet care. Our equipment is not a substitute for professional veterinary treatment. PetAir is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the equipment. Always consult your veterinarian regarding your pet's health needs.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
