1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PetAir website, one-time product purchases, and pet oxygen equipment rental services. By placing an order with PetAir, you agree to be bound by the terms that apply to that order. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

PetAir provides selected pet-care products for one-time purchase and pet oxygen equipment on a rental basis to customers in Hong Kong. Rental services include delivery, setup guidance, ongoing customer support, and equipment collection at the end of the rental period. Product purchases are governed by the purchase delivery, return, and exchange rules on our Ordering & Return Policy page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Hong Kong to place a product or rental order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Rental Agreement

When you place an order, you enter into a rental agreement with PetAir. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and continues until the equipment is collected by our team. You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period and agree to use it only for its intended purpose.

5. Deposits and Payments

A refundable deposit may be required depending on the rental plan selected. The deposit is returned in full upon collection of the equipment in good working condition. Rental fees are payable in advance according to the billing cycle of your chosen plan.

6. Equipment Care

You agree to treat the rented equipment with reasonable care. The concentrator should be kept in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area. You must not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble the equipment. If the equipment is damaged through misuse or negligence, you may be liable for repair or replacement costs.

7. Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your rental by contacting us at least 3 days in advance. Rental fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. After the equipment is collected and inspected in good condition, any applicable deposit will be refunded within 7 business days. These rental rules do not apply to one-time product purchases.

8. Product Purchases

A one-time product purchase is separate from a rental agreement. Purchased products include items such as nebulizers, boxes, accessories, and other products shown as available for purchase. Product prices, availability, delivery, returns, exchanges, and warranty support are handled according to the details shown on the product page and our Ordering & Return Policy.

9. Product Delivery

Purchased products are delivered across Hong Kong. Orders with a subtotal of HKD 400 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Orders with a subtotal below HKD 400 are charged a standard delivery fee of HKD 80. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after order confirmation and payment. Delivery timing may vary because of location, building access, stock availability, or circumstances outside our control.

10. Product Returns and Exchanges

Purchased products may be returned only when unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging, with the request made within 7 calendar days after delivery. Once a product has been used, it cannot be returned. We do not exchange purchased products for another product, model, size, or colour. Defective or incorrect products are handled separately under the applicable warranty or product-support process. Approved purchase refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and are returned to the original payment method. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

11. Liability

PetAir provides equipment and products for supplementary pet care. Our products and equipment are not a substitute for professional veterinary treatment. PetAir is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of a product or rental equipment. Always consult your veterinarian regarding your pet's health needs.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
