Start with posture, not just weight
When pets are short of breath or anxious, they often lie low, stretch their neck, or rest on their side. The chamber should support that posture without forcing them into a tight curl.
For a pet that can still sit up, check head clearance. For post-op or resting use, floor area matters more than height.
