Send payments easily through PayMe. Our PayMe details will be shared when you place your order.
Transfer your rental fee directly to our bank account. Account details are shared upon confirmation.
We accept cheques made payable to PetAir. Please hand the cheque to our delivery team.
Rental fees are payable in advance, either before delivery or upon delivery depending on your chosen payment method. Deposit payments are collected at the start of the rental period and refunded once the equipment is returned in good condition.
A receipt or invoice is provided for every payment. If you need a formal invoice for your records, please let us know and we will prepare one for you.
Deposit refunds are processed within 7 business days of equipment collection. Refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original deposit. If you paid by cash, we will arrange a bank transfer for your refund.
