Once you have chosen a plan, pay the deposit via bank transfer or PayMe. We will send you official documents after receiving your order.
We arrange delivery immediately after receiving your payment confirmation. Your pet will be breathing easier in no time.
Ordering is straightforward. Fill out the online form or contact us directly, and we will take care of the rest.

We accept bank transfers and PayMe. Payment details are shared after you place your order.
Delivery is included with Plan A and Plan A Plus rentals. For Plan B and C, customers enjoy one-way free shipping and can use our pick-up service ($200/trip for standard areas).
If we receive official documents without a payment record, we reserve the right to rent the equipment to the next waiting customer.
After confirming payment, if you cancel before delivery, the rent paid is non-refundable. Purchased accessories can be returned if they have not yet been delivered. If accessories have not been shipped, that amount can be refunded.
Please inform us to arrange pick-up at least 2 days before the due date. After the equipment is collected and inspected, your deposit is returned via cheque or PayMe (for PayMe-only customers).
Refunds are normally processed within 3 working days.
